about

This is the fourth CD release by The Good, but technically it's Good album number 2.5, as it was recorded between May and November of 1998, after the release of "Milky White" but before the recording of "Breaking Up & Down." Actually, it's a collection of demo recordings that would have evolved into the band's third album, had guitarist John Scholvin not left in the spring of 1999 to pursue less brown pastures, and had the rest of the band not decided to scrap everything they'd been working on and start fresh as a foursome with an entirely new batch of material. The nine audio tracks were recorded by Scot Ramsayer and mastered by Mike LaVista. They amount to some of our favorite Good songs, warts and all.
